The average sales price of single-family homes sold in the Los Angeles area increased 1.6% year over year to $1.995M in 2019 compared to $1.965M in 2018.
OVERALL MEDIAN SELLING PRICE
The overall median selling price reached a high of $1.36M, a 2.3% decrease compared to this same time last year of $1.39M.
