In Santa Barbara, the change in average selling price rose 6% year over year in the fourth quarter of 2017.
Average selling price in Santa Ynez rose 48% year over year from $900,000 to $1,300,000.
In the fourth quarter of 2017, Montecito saw a 23% increase in the total number of sold homes. The same area saw an average selling price of $2.6M, a decrease of 16% compared to the prior year.
